Highcliffe businesses shuffle a few doors along Lymington Road

Lymington Road High Street in Highcliffe

10 September 2026

The empty fronts on Highcliffe’s Lymington Road are not staying empty. In a few weeks the parade has taken in a salon that already had regulars, a sports massage therapist who spent four years a few doors up, and a pilates studio selling founding memberships before the reformers arrive.

Hazel qualified in sports massage in 2022 and built her list at Highcliffe Chiropractic Clinic at 415d. This year she opened Source Therapy in her own room at 406. On her site she calls it the next step after four years in that practice, still in the town where her clients already live. The two businesses say they will keep working closely. She is mid Level 4 training. Desk workers book as readily as people who train.

Forty numbers west, The Beauty Spot has left 341 for 298, the unit Clinique Homme vacated. The phone number and Facebook page are unchanged. Listings and the salon’s own site still point to the old door, which is the sort of lag that sends a regular to the wrong window.

Flexx Studio, run by Nia Kronentale from her Poole base at 183 Bournemouth Road, has taken 336, the former Tenovus Cancer Care shop that closed in the spring.

The Highcliffe page on flexxstudio.co.uk is already selling founding reformer memberships. A countdown on that page points to late October.

Master Cut, a new barber at 355, opened in early August after weeks of a “coming soon” sign.

None of this is a chain dropping in from nowhere. It is people who already had Highcliffe appointments walking a short way to a different door.
